Ferrara’s Dake Lake Cottages are located on the south side of Dake Lake on Cleghorn Road. Cabins are in a very nice, quiet peaceful, private cove with 65’ of frontage with enough parking for 6 cars. Yellow cottage, unit 1 has two bedrooms w/full size beds, full kitchen, wrap around sun deck. The Brown cottage, unit 2, two bedrooms, full size bed & 2 twin beds. No pets. No smoking.

 

Located on the south side of Dake Lake on Cleghorn road. Cabins are in a very nice, quiet, peaceful, private cove with 65 feet of frontage approximately 120 feet deep with enough parking for at least 6 cars. Both cottages are approximately 24’ X 30’ with knotty pine planked walls.

    

The yellow cottage, Unit 1 is 14’ from the water at its closest point and fish can easily be seen from inside the cabin in the water. This cabin has two bedrooms approximately 7’X10’ with full size beds. Bathroom is 5’X10’ with sink, toilet, bathtub shower and linen closet. Kitchen, living, dining area is approximately 18’X20’ with wrap around sun deck.

The brown cottage, Unit 2 is approximately 50’ from unit 1. Very nice view of the lake. This cottage has one bedroom 10’X14’ with a full size bed and an additional room which faces the lake and has two twin beds (perfect for the kids). Bathroom has shower only. Kitchen, living, dining area is 16’X18’.

Both cottages come with a full compliment of utensils, coffee pots, toasters, microwaves, TV, stove and ’fridges. Beds come with pillows and blankets. You must provide sheets and bath towels.  No smoking.

Charcoal BBQ grills, 14’ rowboats. Motors can be provided for $75 per week. Cottages also share a fire pit near the waters edge.

Unfortunately, after 20 years of rental experience dogs and bicycles are lo longer allowed on newly landscaped property.

Cabins rent weekly only. Saturday to Saturday and require a $250 deposit per week and or per cabin which is non-refundable to confirm reservation plus a security deposit of $250. Weekly rent for Unit 1 is $700. Weekly rent for Unit 2 is $600.

Check in time is 1 p.m. Saturday and check out is 10 a.m. the following Saturday.
