Human Resource Analyst
ROLE:
The Human Resource Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic decision-making and improve HR functions. This role plays a key part in optimizing HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, and generating reports that guide workforce planning, compensation, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance efforts.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities across areas such as recruitment, retention, compensation, diversity, and performance.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and regular reports for leadership.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design efforts by providing data-driven insights.
- Conduct job evaluations, salary surveys, and market analyses to assist in compensation planning.
- Partner with HR leadership to measure and track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of HRIS and other systems; ensure data integrity and quality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of HR department budgets, including forecasting and cost analysis.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and special projects as requested by HR leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in HR analysis, HRIS, or a related area.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, ADP), and data visualization tools strongly preferred.
