The Granite Cellar, located in the lower level of the Danes Hall of Waupaca, is looking to add a kitchen assistant with experience to our team.
The Granite Cellar's regular hours are Tuesdays – Thursdays 4pm – 9pm and Fridays and Saturday 4pm-10pm, when we do not have a private event. The kitchen serves 4pm-8:30pm on the days that we are open. We are hoping to add a Sunday Brunch and small bites for small events (no catering for our large events).
The qualified candidate will:
· Be on site as scheduled or find a fill-in for assigned shifts.
· Know and follow all food safe practices.
· Follow the guidance and directions of the kitchen manager.
· Learn and execute the Signature Menu and specials.
· Use the KDS screen for order fulfillment.
· Provide customer service by preparing food and customer interaction.
· Follow checklists for opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
Our immediate need is for someone to work Tuesdays (open), and Wednesdays (entire shift), and occasionally Saturdays (open).
